We advise our customers to go through the SARVAFM privacy policy carefully to understand how we collect, use, protect, or otherwise handle Personally Identifiable Information in accordance with our website. If you have any disagreement with the policy, do not use the SARVAFM website or mobile
application. SARVAFM’s privacy policy has been designed to better serve customers and to understand how their
‘Personally Identifiable Information (PII) is being used online.

1. Personal information we collect from the people that visit our blog, website, or app

 

(a) We will only use your personal data when the law allows us to. Most commonly, we will use your
personal data where we need to provide you with the Services, enable you to use professional services,

This may include but not be limited to service professionals

who provide or seek to provide you with Professional Services, vendors, social media companies, third-party service providers, storage providers, data analytics providers, consultants, lawyers, and auditors.

We may also share this information with other entities in the Multileap Solutions group in connection with the above-mentioned purposes.
(d) You agree and acknowledge that we may share data without your consent when it is required by law or by any court or government agency or authority to disclose such information. Such disclosures are made in good faith and belief that it is reasonably necessary to do so for enforcing this Policy the Terms, or in order to comply with any applicable laws and regulations

PERSONAL DATA THAT WE COLLECT

These analytics providers may use cookies and other technologies to perform their services; ● other registered users on our Platform upon your request or where you explicitly consent to such disclosure; and ● regulators and other bodies, as required by law or regulation.

(b) We require all third parties to respect the security of your personal data and treat it according to the law. We do not allow our third-party service providers to use your personal data for their own purposes and only permit them to process your personal data for specified purposes and in accordance with our instructions.
Name, email address, communication address, mobile number, or other details to help you with a good service experience. We collect information from you when you register on our site/application or request a service or product on our website or smartphone application.

2. Use of Customer Information

SARVAFM collects your information when you register, make a request, sign up for our newsletter, respond to a survey or marketing communication, or use certain other site features.

3. Visitor Information Protection

We do not use vulnerability scanning and/or scanning to PCI standards. We use regular Malware Scanning.

Your personal information is handled by a limited number of persons who have special access rights
and are liable to keep the information confidential. In addition, all sensitive/credit/payment information
you supply is encrypted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology.

Customers’ payment transactions are processed through a payment gateway provider and are not
stored or processed on our servers.

4. Cookies Policy

Cookies are small files that a site or its service provider transfers to your device’s hard drive through your web browser (if you permit it to) that enable the sites or service providers’ systems to recognize your browser and capture and remember certain information. SARVAFM uses cookies to remember and process the items in the customer’s shopping cart.
